Z000 Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules for a Worry-Free Experience

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "z000" or "Platform": refers to the z000.best website and all Sports Betting, online casino, and digital gaming services operated under that brand in Brazil.
• "User" or "you": any individual who registers for and uses z000's services, resident in Brazil and aged 18 or over.
• "Account": the individual profile created by the user upon registration, linked to a unique Brazilian CPF.
• "Balance": the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account for placing bets and playing games.
• "Bet": any selection made by the user in sports markets or games available on the z000 platform, with an associated financial value.
• "Bonus": betting credits granted by z000 to the user on a promotional basis, subject to specific terms of use and rollover requirements.
• "Rollover": the minimum wagering requirement the user must meet using the bonus amount before requesting a withdrawal of associated funds.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Use of z000's services is permitted exclusively to:

• Individual users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Brazilian residents with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Individuals with full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002).

Registration is strictly prohibited for:

3. User Account

By creating an account on z000, the user is responsible for:

• Keep your login password strictly confidential. z000 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Notify z000 support immediately if you detect unauthorized access to your account or suspect your credentials have been compromised.
• Keep your registration details up to date, especially your Pix key and email address. Outdated information may cause delays in withdrawals and important communications.
• Provide only accurate information during registration. z000 verifies CPF details and may request a photo ID, proof of address, and proof of bank account before releasing withdrawals.

Z000 is not liable for financial losses resulting from the user's voluntary or involuntary sharing of login credentials with third parties.

4. Deposits

Z000 accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

• Pix: instant deposit, credited in seconds, no fees. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00.
• Boleto bancário: cleared within 1 business hour after payment. Subject to banking network operating hours.
• Credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard and Elo. Immediate processing for debit; up to 24 hours for credit depending on the card issuer.
• PicPay: processed within 30 minutes.
• Mercado Pago: processed within 30 minutes.

All deposits must be made by the account holder. z000 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made by anyone other than the account holder will be returned to the sender and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Z000 reserves the right to impose period-based deposit limits for anti-money laundering purposes and compliance with financial regulations applicable to the Brazilian market.

5. Withdrawals

The user may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, provided that:

• The account is verified (CPF confirmed and photo ID validated).
• The requested balance originates from a real deposit or from confirmed betting/gaming winnings.
• There is no pending bonus balance subject to rollover requirements that would prevent withdrawal under the applicable promotion's terms.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.

Processing times by method:

• Pix: within 15 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
• TED Transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and others): up to 1 business day.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts held in the name of the z000 account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are blocked without exception.

6. Sports Betting

Sports Betting at z000 covers more than 50 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga women's and men's), tennis (ATP and WTA), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), and other national and international competitions.

General rules applicable to all bets:

• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation, except as provided under the platform's Cash Out policy.
• Z000 uses official data from the sports organizations responsible for each competition to determine betting outcomes.
• If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and the wagered amount is fully refunded to the user's balance.
• If an event is suspended after it has started, z000 applies the specific rules for each sport to determine whether the partial result stands or whether bets are voided.
• Z000 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or void bets in cases of suspected fraud, match-fixing, or technical irregularities in the odds systems.
• Obvious pricing errors (clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault) may result in the cancellation of affected bets, with the staked amount returned to the user.

7. Casino & Crash Games

Z000 offers online casino games including crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, Limbo, Balloon, and others), slots, live roulette, blackjack, and other titles provided by internationally certified suppliers.

• All casino games and crash games use random number generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories. Results are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by z000 or by the user.
• Cash-outs in crash games are processed at the exact moment the user triggers the command. Internet connection delays on the user's end will not be accepted as grounds for result review.
• The demo mode available on select games is intended for learning purposes only and does not generate real winnings. Balances accumulated in demo mode cannot be transferred to your real account balance.
• Z000 is not liable for game interruptions caused by the user's connection failure. If a verified technical fault on z000's end occurs during an active round, the staked amount will be returned to the user's balance.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided in the individual game descriptions within the platform and in the technical metadata supplied by the providers. z000 does not alter the RTPs configured by providers in their certified games.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Z000 regularly offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, published on the offer page. The general rules that apply to all z000 bonuses are:

• Welcome bonuses are valid for the first deposit of new accounts only. One account per CPF, per address, per device, and per payment method.
• The standard minimum rollover for Sports Betting bonuses is 5× (five times the bonus amount received) on bets with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection.
• The minimum rollover for casino and crash game bonuses is 30× (thirty times the bonus amount), unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiration date. Any bonus not used within the valid period is automatically cancelled with no option for reactivation or compensation.

9. User Conduct

By using z000, users agree not to engage in any of the following actions, which may result in immediate account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any tool that places bets in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with z000's technical systems in any way.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from unlawful activities. z000 cooperates with Brazilian authorities in money-laundering investigations.
• Using the account for systematic odds arbitrage with the intent of gaining an advantage over the platform in a manner not provided for under the betting rules.
• Sharing or selling your account to third parties.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes.

Z000 continuously monitors betting patterns and account behavior. Accounts displaying unusual activity may be flagged for manual review without prior notice.

10. Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through z000 support. Any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix following a final account verification, within up to 5 business days.

Z000 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• Confirmed registration by a user under 18.
• Self-exclusion request due to problem gambling.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the established timeframe.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, z000 may hold the available balance until the conclusion of an internal or judicial investigation, as applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, special, or consequential damages of any nature arising from use of the platform.

Z000's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount deposited by the user on the platform in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
